My son I was induced at 36 weeks cuz he was to little and they told me that it would be better for him to be born than for me to continue to be pregnant. They were right but it was a hard labor cuz my body wasn't close to being ready and I was to stressed but things worked out. It's only hard if you don't know what to expect and if you work yourself up like I had done.
That would be frustrating i bet. On monday if i havent had my girl yet, i am going to schedule a day to be induced...ive heard so many stories about difficult labor when induced that i am a little nervous. My other 2 babies came naturally.
Well if you wanted to you could get induced. When I'm 39 weeks I'm gonna get induced. If she doesn't make her big arrival. I've been having contractions all of my last trimester so I'm done being pregnant just cuz of that.
When i am active during the day, i get a period like cramping but its never contractions. At least you are dilated...thats exciting and it means you are progressing. Thats what i have to keep telling myself as i am 39 weeks tomorrow.
No baby yet. Had an appointment and only 1 and a half cm. 50% effected and baby has not engaged. :(
Make sure you get checked to see if you're dilated. I'm 34 weeks and mine is starting to drop already. And yeah it's just like a really bad period. But, not everyone gets the major contractions. I had to be enduced with my first after my water broke, and I only carried him to 38 weeks. Be prepared for anything at any time. And its always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck ^_^
Thank you. I sure hope so. :)
Sounds like ur close. Period pains is what i feel when im having contractions. It might b the real thing for u. Good luck!
