Bacterial Vaginosis can lead to preterm labor so you should get it checked out, but it's pretty easy to treat. You should be fine

Your OB will prescribe you a pill . And it gets rid of it . Thats what I got anyways . They say monistat could be bad to use while pregnant

I have the same issue and the ER doctor i saw diagnosed it as vaginostosis, can't remember the spelling but he put me on flagyl but i have my obgyn apt tomorrow so I'm going to see if she recommends something different to take. There was a debate in the emergency room as to the safety for the baby early in pregnancy but the dr said untreated can be dangerous to the baby so definitely get it checked! He said there was too many white blood cells in my swab he took so really important to follow up on it with a Dr.
