Walking, lifting small weights with the arms, and yoga.
I'm looking into yoga and on days I don't work I try to take walks. And of course kegels whenever I remember.
I just walk alot. So far its helped me keep off some of the excess weight & gives me little pick me ups when i need it.
I did yoga once a week, the class ended last week. Now, with 4 weeks to go, I'm going to try and walk a couple days a week.
Lots of walking, backwards walking (only in a safe place that you know you don't have to keep looking over your shoulder not to trip), and squats. Going up and down stairs.
