expensive baby stuff
Everything for baby is so expensive! I'll probably be making several trips to family dollar for clothes and bottles, diapers and wipes because those are all cheaper there. And the bf and I are saving any change we have to save up for the crib I want. $20 so far just in change and only been 2 weeks. Can't wait to see how much we can actually save up. Do any of you have a strictly baby fund budget? Do you plan to start a piggy bank for baby when they arrive for future education expenses?
See if you have any community programs I'm having twins and buying two of everything gets expencive.we have this car seat program and also a crib program that helps a lot to us also a lot of churches that help out.good luck
Keep a eye out for kids consinment sales. I have got clothes from there for cheap that look new. Sometimes depending on the sale stuff is 1/2 off on the last day of the sale. Also wouldnt hurt asking on swap sites in ur area on Facebook if anyone has anything cheap or free. I have seen ppl selling cribs near me for 50.00 that look new.
Everything my little girl has so far has been hand me downs. I don't mind at all. Actually some of the items still have tags because babies grow so fast! I got a changing table, bouncer, exersaucer, and some toys from my cousins and clothes too. I think it's wise to buy 2nd hand or dollar store items. They're too little to care & they go through it SO fast.
I think we'll try to set up a college fund when she gets here, but until my husband gets a promotion or something I'm not sure we can afford it.

i also have saved change up over time.. i got over 50$ in change so far and plan on not spending it till the jar is full (which is gunna take a long time) i also have saved over 100$ for her in bills <3
Dollar store has cheep cheep cheep baby cloths but they are also really cute!!!! If you find the right consignment store they have tones of cheep baby things (thats were we got our bouncer and playmat and it was really cheep but they are great quality)
