Perpetration H is the only thing I know about that actually works, to be fair it is the only thing I've tried. But it works. Try getting it and see if it works for you. Apply after shower is best, so the area is clean. As many times as you want too daily. After you go to the bathroom is good too, you can use baby wipes to wipe the area clean, just make sure it is dry when you apply.

R u using the cream or oilment ....for me I use the cooling oilment n I didn't eat dairy products n stay sitting on my side or used pillow
