feeling depressed and always eating

For the past couple days I've been feeling a little depressed and I have just been wanting to eat junk food. I do get my daily fruit and veggies plus I only drink water my concern is that I'm gonna start gaining to much weight and they say with me already being 20 overweight it's a health risk to the baby which I find crap because I was the same with my daughter and she was 7 lbs. I don't want to go on pills I just don't know what to do. any advice is greatly appreciated!! thanks ladies!

Also it marks spring for me!  I'll be able to get my garden going by the end of April...I hope! MN weather is unpredictable

Think about what might be causing you to feel depressed. If it's a person make a pros and cons list about them and make a change if necessary. If it's because your feeling overweight, download the" my fitness pal" app to help you gain control of your calorie intake. (I use it, it works great) if you still feel like you need junk food, make changes to it do your at least getting nutrition from it. Like frozen yogurt versus ice cream, chocolate covered raisins and almonds, and veggie straw chips

Try keeping yourself busy. & focus on the baby. Even if you can't buy baby clothes just go out yo walk around and look at baby stuff. Or pick up a good book and read. Try to stay away from the TV cause that brings on the munchies. Spend more time with family and friends. Do things that you enjoy doing.
