feeling left out.... :(

Hi there I'm 33weeks pregnant and just thought I'd ask if anyone has or is feeling the same. I can't wait for my little one to arrive I really can't. Im just having a down day because all my friends have gone out to a local pub in town and I have to miss out, just feeling a little left out that I can't participate :( x

Completey normal feeling we all go through it you are not alone.i got invited to an engagment party but couldnt go like not because i didnt have a baby sitter but because im expecting baby number 2 and people at partys often push the whole drinking thing. I would rather not go and be at home with family then go and feel left out and down. People often spend time with others that dont have children because they have no commitments.

I would still go if the environment was right pubs have great food and virgin drinks are awesome lol j think I like them better....but to my misfortunes all of the pubs around me allow smoking inside and that's something I dont want to be surrounded with :/

I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling like this, ive swapped nights out for staying in watching TV or going to movies or restaurants but when all your girlfriends are getting dressed up or even to be able to have a glass of wine and I'm here feeling sluggish and looking unattractive it really puts you down :( x

Here in dallas they don't let people smoke in bars and clubs so when we wanna go out we go to pool halls and play pool and dance a little you don't have to stay home find places that ppl find fun And where u can go to I love that my bf always finds places that I can go to so I don't feel left out

I feel the same way. I'm only 28 weeks and 4 days and trying to plan a wedding at the same time. Go to the bridal shows and well I can't eat some things or taste test the drinks. Now I have my girls and future hubby with me but I would like to make some choices. And I plan on breast feeding since it is healthier for me and the baby and can't even have a drink then. To make matters worse I drink nothing but cola all the time and I can't even drink that when that's all I want sometimes. Hang in there. Soon your little one will be welcomed with joy and love. Best wish and congrats one your little bundle of joy.

Even though I'm 33wks I still go to the bar or to a party, people always give me dirty looks like I'm not to come out the house,  but screw them I'm always with my husband or friends so I feel safe
