Anyone ever take it or do you suggest another breast milk/pumping supplement that will help your milk come in? I wanna take a vitamin or supplement to help but I'm not sure on which ones to take

I took it prior to pregnancy for a diff reason and will be taking it after I have my little one. Even though I wasn't using it to help with milk I liked it. It may help keep your boobs firm.

Mothers milk tea worked for me. My daughter was born at 33 weeks because I had eclampsia and she was unable to swallow thin liquids so I dried almost all the way up. The tea brought my production up and I was able to lactate for many months.

Thank goodness I came across this post I've been searching what to take because my milk supply started to dry out after I got sick with a fever... I tried pumping and pumping like my doctor recommend but still no signs of my supply increasing

Fenugreek worked for me! Make sure you are staying super hydrated and eatung well. But yes or take it after delivery.

Don't take it during pregnancy, only after.
