fibromyalgia & pregnancy
Hiya. Does anyone have fibromyalgia? If so how have you coped with pain?
Thank you Ashley. Yeah i get pains in ankles and legs too. Only 7 weeks at min and am so tired. Loads more than my previous 2.
I have fibro and for the most part it has been under control during my pregnancy. I'm 21wks, and honestly just the last wk or 2 it has gotten bad in my calves and legs b.c that's where I have pain anyway and with the cramps you get being pregnant it got worse. Lots of ice and heat and massage
