first pregnancy

Hi everyone!  I've never posted on here before but I enjoy reading what everyone else has posted.  I was wondering a couple things. I'm currently about 5 weeks and I started  light weightlifting about 8 weeks ago. Should I stop? Prior to this I didn't work out much. Second question, I've been getting an itchy bumpy rash 2-3 times everday in different spots of my body...especially the palms of my hands. It's kind of like a heat rash. anyone else experience this?

The task could be from dirty weights.

I am 11 wees and have been working out and lifting for a year. Because I am pregnant my Max weight lift if 10 lbs. You should stay with light weights and follow up with your doctor as well. Staying for while your pregnant is healthy, good for delivery, and may be relaxing. Good luck!

I have a question... I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant and I can't stand the taste of meat... I can cook it but can't eat it.... I dont eat pork and beef is out of the question.... I love the smell of cooking chicken and that's it .I still enjoy fish but is it possible to be a vegetarian and pregnant ? Is that healthy for the baby...are their substution that I can try ?

Hi i am also 5 weeks i would go to doctor for the rash. I dont think light weight lifing will hurt. Just dont over do it. Exercise is very good for u and baby.
