The task could be from dirty weights.
I am 11 wees and have been working out and lifting for a year. Because I am pregnant my Max weight lift if 10 lbs. You should stay with light weights and follow up with your doctor as well. Staying for while your pregnant is healthy, good for delivery, and may be relaxing. Good luck!
I have a question... I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant and I can't stand the taste of meat... I can cook it but can't eat it.... I dont eat pork and beef is out of the question.... I love the smell of cooking chicken and that's it .I still enjoy fish but is it possible to be a vegetarian and pregnant ? Is that healthy for the baby...are their substution that I can try ?

Hi i am also 5 weeks i would go to doctor for the rash. I dont think light weight lifing will hurt. Just dont over do it. Exercise is very good for u and baby.
