It can be hard. I try to filter my words through my head twice before I speak if I'm feeling negative towards friends/family.  The hormones really affect me--I'm just not myself.

Re the nausea, you've probably heard of ginger, saltines, white soda, etc.  try cold foods, avoid smells as much as you can.  You'll develop coping skills.  Push those fluids--any fluid you can keep down.  Was sick from weeks 6-21 I think.  I had zofran but I don't recommend it unless you're puking 3+ x/day because the constipation is just as bad as the nausea.  Hang in there.  It'll pass eventually.  If you're vomiting frequently call your OB office.  I had to have IV because of dehydration.  Acupuncture helped my nausea but I couldn't afford to go 2-3 x/week as was recommended.

The only advice i can tell you is sex relieves emotions and stress...or just try your hardest to keep your mouth shut when your angry or upset, at least until you can just talk about it instead of yelling... that's how i got over it all. Or if people can respect you when you say give me a minute I'm a bit emotional, I'll talk when I'm ready. If they listen then good. Or maybe a warm shower or something.
