Baby measuring large at 8 weeks?

I was reading information on this app and it said that baby is about 1.6 cm at 8 weeks. I just was at my doctor 5 days ago and had my first ultrasound.  According to my ultrasound it says the baby is 5.4 cm. My doctor said the baby is measuring "perfectly for 8 weeks." But now I'm readinv that the baby is supposed to be much smaller. Anyone have any insights?  Thanks :)

How far along are you for the baby to be 2.5 lbs?

Good point about the sack vs. the baby. I'll have to look into that. Thanks!

I Dnk, but make sure that 5.4 is the baby not the sak.
Becoue the ultra sound should give you the baby size and the sak size
