flu? advice please

I'm 19 weeks and since last night I've had a runny nose, sneezing, body aches and 102 temp now 102.3. I just keep taking 1 regular strength tylonal to cut done the fever and pain and it's been going down to atleast 100. My gyno is closed isn't open on the weekend so I called my regular doctor she said sounds like the flu but I really can't take anything for it so just fluids eat and tylonal unless my temp gets  too high. Anyone been through this before and any advice??

Congestion/stuffiness- Actifed or sudafed, tylenol cold, dristan. Chest congestion and coughing- robitussin DM, Trind-dm, vicks cough syrup. Sore throat - cepastat lozenges, cepacol. Allergies- benadryl, claritin. My ob gives out this list of over the counter. Hope this helps. :)
