Sudafed is safe during pregnancy, but always ask your dr first. Lots of fluids, and rest though. If your fever goes any higher than it is now, contact your dr. It is not safe to have a fever during pregnancy.
Im in my 1st trimester and I have felt mild back pain, I wouldn't say high but its definitely uncomfortable. I would say small back aches prior to being sick and more so now that I'm sick with the flu. This is also my 2nd pregnancy and I believe getting the epidural shot during delivery may have something to do with it. (At least that is my reasoning for it) Let your doctor know, there may be a good reasoning for it. Our body changes alot during the pregnancy.
Thank you for replying, I figured as much. I guess its more chicken soup and vitamin c friuts for me then so I can fight this flu.
Hello other mommys to be! Does anyone have extremely high levels of pain in their lower back with in the first trimester?
I was like that around that time as well. And doctor wont give you anything, i went and they daid thry couldnt do anything. It was my 4 day like that. The only thing you can do is take tylenol and regular not strength. Good luck hope you feel better soon.
