Sudafed is safe during pregnancy, but always ask your dr first. Lots of fluids, and rest though. If your fever goes any higher than it is now, contact your dr. It is not safe to have a fever during pregnancy.

Im in my 1st trimester and I have felt mild back pain, I wouldn't say high but its definitely uncomfortable. I would say small back aches prior to being sick and more so now that I'm sick with the flu. This is also my 2nd pregnancy and I believe getting the epidural shot during delivery may have something to do with it. (At least that is my reasoning for it) Let your doctor know, there may be a good reasoning for it. Our body changes alot during the pregnancy.
