You can find folic acid in leafy greens, citrus fruit, beans and whole grains. Also in your prenatal vitamins
Some breakfast cereals are fortified with folic acid. There are also folic acid supplements available if you don't think you get enough from your diet.

Nuts, seeds, broccoli, kale, spinach, lentils, avacados
The folic acis is in prenatal vitamins. i take one with the dha as well. Foods you eat has it in them as well.
