food allergy
Has anyone had a food allergy to anything they normally ate in the past if so how long did the blotchy need last?
When I eat cereal in fine I had a glass a milk and my tummy was everywhere lol. Last night I ate chicken Alfredo and had an allergic reaction, I've always eaten it so it threw me for a loop.
I can't ingest dairy now since I became pregnant.... gives me the poos, and painful bloating. Lol
