food poisoning or start of labor

I am 39 weeks and woke up out of nowhere at 5:30 vomiting and having Diarrhea cramps.  I went back to bed but now I am running to the bathroom every fee minutes and am so nauseated all I am doing is fry heaving.
I never went into labor naturally with my daughter so I don't know if this is common for women going into labor or if I ended up with some firm of food poisoning when my husband and I went out yesterday.
I haven't lost my mucus plug and yesterday I was only 1 1/2 cm dilated and 50 percent thinned.
Uggg I feel like I was run over by a truck

It could be either, some woman do experience those symptoms as early labor, I personally didnt. Just stay hydrated and try to rest as much as possible.

I am 7 weeks and 5 days. And I don't have the ability to eat. I feel tired all the time and I feel that I want to vomit. Is this normal? Actually I'm afraid because I don't eat anything when I wake up I always feel Nausea and I don't like to smill food. The only thing that I can eat is carrot, tomatoes, strawberry but a very little amount. Even in the past I was regularly drink milk now I don't like it. So what can I do?

Sounds like food poisoning. Definitely want to get some fluids in you. Try to sip water.

Kind of sounds like the flu or food poisoning...but there is always a chance it could be labor. .if you can't keep fluids in after a few hours go to  l&d and they hook you up to check on baby and maybe give you iv fluids so you don't get dehydrated.  Good luck!
