Hi im a new mom. Im going to be 10 weeks i dont feel that i eat alot. I eat snacks throughout the day to control my morning sickness but I've already gain 10 pounds is that normal??
Eat what you can hold down. Or things that might not irritate you too much coming Back up. I ate lots of carbs-bread, pasta, rice, etc...To help me get through the first tri. For me it got better after 16-17 weeks

Try to get granola bars, fiber bread, soup? I'm in my first trimester too, and I feel like eating has become such a torture, I'm usually such a foodie but now I literally force myself to eat. Good luck!
