I work in a deli and i eat deli meat all the time and i dont have or had any problems.
You don't have to heat it if it's fresh and you know where it came from. Straight from the deli is better than prepackaged. If food is kept properly, listeria is rare.
I had my first appointment today and was told all things are OK to eat in moderation. But if you want to be cautious, then yes heat up your lunch meat first per what I've read
Yea u can eat it if u microwave it ... make sure it's cook all the way thur
All meat should be eaten steaming hot to avoid listeria poisoning that could seriously harm the baby.. I'm eating all eggs and meat steaming hot and only pasteurized dairy products
Microwave it to steaming and it's fine
I have read online that it is not safe. Due to the possibility of getting Lysteria poisoning. But I haven't spoken to my OB about it yet to get an actual doctors opinion. As my mother says, Everything in moderation.
