So Iv been having these painful menstrual like cramps that wrap around my back and lower abdomen & I get a lot of pressure. I started timing then, so far I got

Yea I would be getting there and since u r 40 weeks take your stuff I bet u have a baby today if not tomorrow at the very latest. I'm on my 6th pregnancy. Good luck with your baby.

I am laying down, it hurts. I tried sitting up and it hurts. Its 4:22 am... now i have to wake my mom up-_-

Yea sounds like labor to me how I knew it was real labor vs fake was real labor I couldn't sit stand lay down nothing with fake when I laid it eased up a lot. Yea I would go.

How far are you? Sounds like you should call your doctor. It might be time for you to head to the hospital
