I feel your pain. I have hyperemisis wich makes me throw up water and everything else. Non the less, you've gotta drink water. try drinking it extremely cold. I mean like put in in the freezer and when a little ice starts to firm take it out. also try sipping it. Drinkimg slower helps. It will sometimes take 45 minutes to finish 1 bottle. You can add lemon if you want foavor. Water will help your swelling. Also slow down on milk which can make you bloated or swell. Keep your feel elevated to help swelling too.

For the swelling of your hands and feet I would go in cause that can be a sign of pre eclampsia.

I was like that with my 3rd pregnancy. Noy swollen but my pubic bone hurt real bad and had a lot of pressure and couldnt walk. So I went in and I ended up being 4cm dilated and in labor. I would go in no matter what you coild be in labor and it is better to be safe then sorry.
