Stroller question

I'm looking for some advice on a stroller.  We live in a condo in the city with limited storage space for all the baby gear and apparatuses.  While purchasing most of our items, storability has been one of our biggest concerns (does it fold, can it disassemble, etc.).  When it comes to a stroller, I am leaning towards a jogger/stroller/travel system all-in-1.  The stroller looks just like other 3 wheel strollers but has air tires and struts. The car seat clicks in place for infants and the toddler seat is underneath for when the baby gets older.  Of course the stroller folds up (not as flat as an umbrella stroller, but fairly small considering the size). As a runner, having a jogging stroller is important to me and I hope the 3-in-1 will prevent me having to purchase and keep a separate stroller around.  My question is, does anyone else use a jogger for everyday use? If so, is it more convenient having 1 or do you wish you had a separate everyday stroller?  For those who have both, do you wish you had just 1 stroller that did it all? This is going to be an expensive purchase so I'm trying to prevent making the wrong decision now!!! Any input would be greatly appreciated! :)
