get me out of here.

I am between 32-36 weeks pregnant. Not too sure due to complications with on doctors and baby. Due to the complications I am in the hospital until delivery on bed rest. I feel like I am going crazy. I just want to get out of here. I don't know what my question is exactly. I'm just looking for ways to not feel like a captive

I'm on home bedrest and as soon as a scan shows any change I'll be in hospital. It's lonely and horrid. I'm not allowed to do anything that mildly raises the heartbeat (including check the mail) so I'm couch/bed bound

I'm so sorry girl! I completely understand what your going thru. I was in the hospital for only a week when I was 20wks and I was going absolutely crazy in there! I didn't have my phone or anything and the hospital was so far I rarely had any visitors, I thought I was going to jump out of my skin sorting in that room! But I was allowed to walk around at least. Maybe you can ask your nurse if you can get wheeled outside in a wheel chair for some fresh air. Or get some good books or movies to pass the time. Or take up knitting, it is very calming and relaxing! You've just got to keep calm and try to keep distracted! Do you know if it's an option for you to maybe go home and have a home care nurse take care of you there instead of art the hospital? You should ask it might be worth it! Good luck

What about some diy projects for the baby room?  Coloring books?  Reading (Gillian  Flynn and Tana french mysteries keep me entertained for hours)
