glucose screening!
Hello ladies!! I have my glucose screening next week-- I'm 24 weeks! & I've heard horror stories! :( I'm worried I'm gonna throw it up cause it's obviously horrible & I still have morning sickness! Mine never went away! Any tricks or advice to the moms who have had it done already??
I don't think it's that bad of a drink lol but it is abit gross but nothing to be scared about its atleast drinkable :) and yes try get the orange one, tastes better than the others.
Does every pregnant person have to do this? How far along do you have to be?
It's not that badi never heard anything bad till I saw this, but the fruit punch one is better then the orange! I'm sure you'll be fine. Good luck :)
Okay!! I'm glad it's not that bad!! I was worried cause everyone I knew & talked to gave the "good luck look" lmao! So I'm glad it's not as bad as it seems!! :) thanks everyone!
Girls your lucky you had flavours mine was just sugar and water, I just drank it really quickly. Bleurgh glad I did though as my results were abnormal now I have to test my blood sugar levels 6x a day every other day. X
Hm mine was orange and tasted identical to orange soda. They had kept it nice and cold :) hope it goes well for you!!
The colder it is the better it tastes. You get 5 minutes to drink it so no need to chug it. I've only had the orage but it just tastes like flat overly sweet orage soda.
It's really not that bad. I've had the Orange and fruit punch before and to me it just taste like flat sugary soda
Fruit punch is red but the orange is alright I think thw worst one is grape

Is that the orange one? That's all my hospital has. Lol I hope it's not too horrible as everyone says it is!
Ask for the fruit punch one. It's the least horrible one... you have to drink it fast but don't chug it you will throw up. Good luck:)
