keep getting short of breath is this normal ?

Sometimea i get short of breath exspeacialy lieing down and other is this normal i dont remember my first pregnancy much as it was 5 years ago thank you

Its definitely normal, especially on your back. I get out of breath just making my bed or walking up the stairs. Everything including ur lungd gets all squished with baby in there :)

Make sure you are not getting short of breath when lying on your back, by lying on your back you can squash a important vein that can cut off oxygen to you and baby. Research it on Google. You can also get short of breath due to your baby getting bigger and squashing your lungs.

This pregnancy is completely different. After my daughter i wanted to be  a surrogate because it was beautiful and pain free. This time, I'm like never again. I'm tired after a short walk and have cramping from day one till now and I'm 34 weeks.
