Help..has this happen to anyone went to my first visit to doc yesterday. And has a internal Sano they measure a sac at 6 weeks but nothing in it doc says it might be 50/50 I might miscarriage I have to go back for a Sano on the 29th to make sure if something shows up in the sac I'm stressing can't sleep thinking about it.

I had a untrasound about the same time as u and they could only see the sac also but I am now 16+1 weeks and baby is there and doing fine try not to stress just go back for another ultrasound in a couple of weeks hopefully everything will be visible by then! Good luck

I have heard stories of ladys going in around that same time and also not being able to see the baby, but went in a week or two later and were able to see a baby in the sac. Try not to think the worst, Im sure you will see your baby when you go back in. Just try to think positive! If you hadnt bled since you found out, I wouldnt worry.
