The mysterious sympathy pregnancy! Lol. My husband experienced it during my pregnancy with our first, a girl, and was spared during my 2nd pregnancy with a boy. Now we are on baby #3 and it seems he is already having sympathy cravings because he has been eating things that could turn a pregnant woman away!! Haha

A little spotting is sometimes normal,  but you're very early in your pregnancy.  I would say you should go to your doctor.  To be safe.
