Well contractions and nausea have been getting stronger as the day goes on...gonna start timing them soon...let's hope this is it! Shay, keep us updated on your progress. Hope you can comfortably keep baby in for another 2wks. Are they keeping you on the hosp now until the time comes?

Ashley that's exactly what it felt like 2 days before my water ruptured!!! Then within 30 minutes of it rupturing I had full on contractions. The type that make you scream and cry... I would've had my baby by today if it wasn't for that medication to give him enough time to get the steroids for his lungs. It broke at 640am. Was at the hospital by 730am was transferred to a different hospital specialized for super preemie baby's by 1130 am wanting to push by 130pm and here we are 27 hours later no baby yet! 30 weeks so it's great. They are hoping to get me to 32 weeks but we will see!

I haven't had any diarrhea which I hear is a sign but I've been extremely extremely constipated thos whole pregnancy and I've been going a few times a day for the last cpl days. I've also felt flush but no fever, very run down and extra tired, even my legs hurt and I feel like I can't stand on them. I've been having horrible contractions for about 4 daus, but yesterday they completely stopped and then around 10pm I started getting the debilitating back pain and extra pressure. I feel like if I push to go to the bathroom I'm gonna pop him out. Around 1230pm today u started getting the contractions again. I hope this is the beginning and get decided to put me in active labor today!

All the time!!! And when I finally to sleep I wake up like a zombie. You're fine. Do you notice your baby moving after. I think it's my son kicking me and I just don't notice it

It could be getting close! I felt like I had the flu and stomach bug the day before my water broke. I was also extremely tired. Had a ton of pressure. I knew it was about to happen bc of the way I felt physically. I had diarrhea so many times the day before. No appetite. Couldn't even think about food. And two days prior I was having horrible contractions.

Yes, I'm also waking up more often in the middle of the night and not using the bathroom. Shay what other symptoms did you experience the night before your water broke? I have been having more heartburn, more pain in my back going down my leg that's putting me into tears, lots of restlessness, sharp pain in my vaginal and rectal areas...it also looks as though baby has gotten alot lot lower in the past day or 2

I experience this also with my current pregnancy but I'm 33 weeks. I think it's your body getting you ready for after the birth of baby. I did this also withy first pregnancy.
