headache from hell
I don't wanna call my midwife.so I ask y'all. I have a massive headache that hurts so bad it's making me throw up. Blood pressure is 127 /82. I don't want to go to the hospital jus for a headache.
If meds are not your choice than take a nice soothing bubble bath. Add candles or if you have light dimmer turn light down and just lay back and relax. Also hydrate hydrate hydrate!!! Drink water as much as you can stand. Lay down with no tv/lights.Always work for me. Hope you feel better soon
2 Tylenol sadly that's all you can have
Call your midwife lol she'll be happy you called they like to know these things. But tylonal is usually safe.Thats what my obgyn tells me anyway
