Maybe dehydration, I was getting severe headaches around 26 weeks and went to the er and found out I was dehydrated
Ladies, if you keep a bad headache for days, you may need to see your doctor, as it can be a symptom of other problems. Of course, migraines can last a while, but if it's unusual for you, please get checked...especially if you have other symptoms like ankle swelling.
VIf you find a way to help please let me know asap. It's socks I have already tried both the ice packs and heat pads and hot tub water
I'm 13 weeks and 5 days also and I've been experiencing the same thing I've actually had mine for a couple of days now I've tried ice packs, heat pads, pain relief and nothing has help I'm starting worry I've never kept a headache this long
Put your feet in a tub of hot water and put an icepack on the back of your head.
When I get a migraine, I've found some relief by putting an ice pack wrapped in cloth or a water bottle filled with cold water on the base of my skull/top of my neck. Also peppermint or peppermint gum helps ease the associated nausea a bit. I hope you feel better soon.
