A cup of coffee or tea, a good shoulder /neck/back massage, stretching the whole body, drinking water if dehyrated, a light walk to get some fresh air, a warm bath, getting some rest, staying off phone/computer/tv for a couple of hours.
I was diagnosed with migraines when I was young but the only thing that would help over the counter was excedrin migraine but it has aspirin in it so u can take it while pregnant so with my son I would drink a small frappe from McDonalds and it would help if I laid down (drink it slow tho so you don't make it worse) my doctor said that was fine as long as it wasn't every day all day and my son and daughter were and still are perfectly healthily both 9 lbs when born
I heard to use progesterone cream ...rub it on forehead and both sides if neck ....so I tried it and results are amazing! !!!
Cold conpresss to your forehead and back of neck. Massaging back of neck and stretching it. Lots of water. Avoid bright lights when you can.
Sometimes especially when im working I have to grab a small soda because of my headaches. Within 3 sips I feel a ton better!
Are you drinking plenty of water? You should be drinking about a gallon a day. Otherwise, your a headache could be from dehydration. Drink water. If it's really bad, have a little caffeine. Regular visits to the chiropractor will keep them at bay.
