Stick to the 200mg limit. The PROFFESSIONALS tell us that for a reason. It's only 9 months out of your whole life so why take the chance? Remember there's caffeine in tea, coffee, chocolate and many sodas too. You may drink it in limitless amounts without effect, but what if it did harm the baby? I'm not willing to take the chance.

The caffeine in coffee isn't good for you when you are pregnant.  You are allowed some caffeine I think 200 mg. I think thats equal to 2 small cups of coffee but I'm not sure. You will have to Google it. I just drink decaffeinated coffee so I can still enjoy the smell and taste without worrying.
