Whole wheat pasta tossed in a little Olive oil.... add fresh tomatoes, whatever meat you like... Any extra veggies... just made it and wish I added fresh spinach and black olives. My husband said he thought mushrooms would be good (I'm not a fan of mushrooms).

I make Italian chicken a lot. U just marinate chicqken breastin Italian dressing then bake it in the oven. I make mashed cauliflower with it.

My hubby likes teriyaki bowl its rice with brocolli with chicken and a lil of green onion topped with teriyaki sauce just layer the ingredients u dont have to mix it
