My doctor prescribed ausran ranitidine tablets. Take one in the morning &  one at night. Keeps it settled all the time. I am now 29weeks with my first baby and it has been so terrible &  was getting progressively worse. I found lots of icey drinks helped me before the meds

The best thing that works for me is nesquick strawberry milkshake coz I don't like milk on its own but it's fine to use gaviscon or rennies or baking soda and water
