I have terrible heartburn anyone know what can you do for it

I also use both. 150mg of Zantac in the morn and at night, and tums in btwn

I was told by my Obgyn to use Tums for short-term, and Zantac, for longer-term heartburn, just like bnl said. I'm not a doctor, but since my doctor said it was okay, I did both in 2nd trimester. Now in my 3rd trimester, I occasionally use the Tums. They both worked well for me.
