I was told to drink a gallon of water a day. It really depends on your body weight. It is safe to drink at least half of your body weight in oz
I don't think that's too much water for you but ask your doctor

I don't know,  honey.  You may want to ask him if you should be supplementing with gatorade or some other form of electrolytes.

Since you are seeming to have a high risk pregnancy,  I think you should call today and get advice.

Best wishes.

First off,  that is WAY TOO MUCH water to drink all at once.  It can cause water intoxication,  hyponatremia, which is caused by a critical drop in sodium levels due to too much water intake.

You can actually die from this.

The symptoms sort of line up with hyponatremia,  but not completely.

This is worth a call to your doctor today.

The same thing has happened to me before I got pregnant and when I got pregnant it got worse. It could be your iron getting to low. I make sure that I eat whenever I get hungry and that seems to help. I also try not to get to active. So maybe try taking things slower for a while. But the main thing is to make sure your iron is up.
