Look into getting a upsie belly by belly bandit. I love mine. I have horrible back issues and extra baby weight kills me. Mine also has an insertion for a pack that you can heat up or freeze and put it in the belt and it sits on your lower back. I love it.  It saves me from extra back pain if im walking alot
