help!

This is my first pregnancy and I am about 7 weeks along.  but I have had a difficult time eating and being able to keep food down.  I always throw it up.  is there anything I can take to help me with that?

Ya don't take zofran I took it and my baby came out with a clef lip and brain problems

I'm going thru the same thing I usually drink water and eat a handful of sunflower seeds then I'll eat some crackers... feel better: ) I'm 5wks 3days

M 9 weeks pregnant and facing same problem.. eating has becum really tough these days

Oh,protine bars helped me so much!! I never got physically sick but, I was very nautious and didn't want to eat. They're full of nutrition, just don't eat a bunch in a day, they'll make ya fat.

Drink water a lot and try to eat oranges as much as u can. Its so helpful

Do not take zofran its been recalled for causing heart problems for infants! Best thing is small portions nothing spicy and still try to get in those high in nutrition snacks.

You can try anything with ginger in it....i had to by me some ginger ale caffeine free to help with being nauseous ....and it helped. Also tea with ginger will help you good luck hun!

I know the doctor can prescribe Zofran but, I'm personally not big on pills to begin with let alone being pregnant. It's pretty common to get physically sick in your first trimester. Try light things like crackers and lots of water.
