My cycle is very sensitive to my stress level. If I'm stressed about anything it will mess my cycle all up. I went three months without one because of it, once I quit my second job, it started back up again.

Are you usually irregular? Or under extra stress the last few months?
It's possible to be pregnant with no symptoms like morning sickness etc. Just wait for the blood test and talk about BC if it's also negative.

I have missed 3 periods in the past before and took tests and all came back negative, the blood test also came back negative and my dr gave me birth control pills to start up my period again. This happened last year to me.
Now I'm pregnant at 25wks. I think sometimes your body just needs a little push. So if the blood test comes back not pregnant,  ask for birth control pills to regulate your cycle again.

In case the blood test is negative, u might want to get urself checked for PCOS. It also delays periods.
