Tylenol pills severe cold and flu I just got over mine and I took that it's easiest on baby.  But if you get too bad you need to go to the doctor because if it's an infection and your pregnant you will not be able to fight it off.  And they will give you azithromycin it's a 6 pack medication. You take for 5 days and it will be gone!!

You can take Tylenol to, I just got over a cold at 25 weeks, the coughing got so bad I was throw up because of all the pressure coughing puts on your chest, so I went to the doc and she gave me cherratussin AC. COMPLETELY safe, and you can take it with Tylenol. Other than that just fluids and rest hun

You can take mucinex or sudafed. But if you're really sick  I would go to a Instacare to get checked out. Don't let yourself suffer there are meds that don't cause any harm on  the baby.
