Okay so i just found out im pregnant on saturday,5 weeks starting today.i smoke marijuana (am stopping at the moment) and i have my first OBGYN appointment on friday.i know they will find thc in my system but what will they say about it?
When they take your urine they have a test that test a lot of things... to see if you have protein in your urine, UTI's, and etc.
I don't think they test for that do they?? But I had a friend who smoked during her pregnancy and they told her that they were going to check her at birth.. idk if they did

Tell your OB you smoke but you stopped once you found out. They will just tell you that you netter be clean next appointment
Some doctors will evolve cps in it think about your unborn as well its one thing if you want to smoke don't make your baby do it too
My dr didnt say anything at all to me.
I know for sure i was positive at first, if they even did test me. Just make sure you quit because if they keep testing you and you keep coming out dirty they will have cps come at time of birth.
Probably just suggest you stop but if you come back testing positive I'm not sure what action they will take
