Diagnosed with cholestasis! My OB won't take it seriously

I've been itching like CRAZY for the past 3 weeks, one of my SIX obs sent me to have a blood test to determine if anything was wrong. I never got my results this was 2 weeks ago. I went to the er today because my itching became so intense I wanted to pull my skin off. They did a LFT and my bile salts came back at 37! That's almost quadruple what is normal!!!!! The Er technician called my OB and he told her to tell me to take benedryl and said that if i had of called him first that he couldve told me that my results came back normal...... wellllllll im sitting in the ER and they ARENT NORMAL BY ANY MEANS sooooooo that statement made no sense to me my appt is wednesday! I'VE BEEN SUFFERING FOR WEEKS!!!! And cholestasis is not good on the baby or myself and sanity. To make matters worse I went to a small walk in clinic so they don't have a labor and delivery wing so they can't do anything for me. I'm thinking about going to the hospital and giving them my blood results so that they can make a decision on what would be best for my health. But I don't want the OB who is on call who clearly doesn't care about my situation to deliver my baby!!!!!!!! What do I do?!?!?!?!?!

You have every right to change obs,if you aren't getting what you need from them I would find a new one if that's possible for you.
