So i been having horrible cramps in my stomach and diarrhea...is it normal ?

You could just have a stomach bug as well.
Im just having pain in my lower stomach like pain but im not diarrhea anymore .
It doesnt mean you are having a miscarriage it just means that you might be having the baby early. I would go into the ER.
But my baby moves and everything,

That's two of the things that happened to me before I went into preterm labor. I would go to the hospital right away..
Did you possibly eat something that didn't agree wkth your stomach?
I would go to the ER or call your provider and tell tgem all of your symptoms. You could be going into preterm labor.
