hospital preregistration

How many of you mommas preregistered at the hospital you did or plan to deliver at? Do they give you a tour of the L&D ward when you do? At how many weeks did you do this?

We did our tour around 37weeks. We wanted to make sure it was clean and the people were actually going to care for me and the baby. I'm glad we did. I also wanted to preregister but our hospital doesn't do the registration until we are there which I found odd, but it is what it is. I also brought in my lists for both my bag and our babies bag and we went over it, she told me what I needed and didn't need it was nice.

They told me to pre register a month before due so o went and also took a tour to make things easier

I didn't even realize that was something people do. Lol.. when I had my first I just showed up. That's what their there for right? Lol

I pre-registered at 33 weeks. No tour, but I didn't need one, I work there!
