Is it bad to take and stand in the shower when it's really hot
If the water is to hot it can overheat the baby if its directly on the stomache, think of it as cooking him/her, that's why people don't get in hot tubs when they are pregnant.
Is there something wrong with taken a hot shower to the bely??
Showering in hot water is fine, as long as its not directly on your belly. I do it every night. And it is so relaxing and helps me go sleep better afterwards.
I do it for my back
I do it every night. I just stand so the water hits my back and not my belly. And I take anywhere from 10-20 minute showers
