how am I still nauseous? !?

Alright the other night I ran out of my ondansetron and i thought I'd be okay if I didn't refill it right away because I'm still on diclectin.. well I was wrong and yesterday morning at work I was super nauseous thankfully didn't get sick but had to just tough it out till I could get my prescription at noon. I just don't understand how I can still get so nauseous I'm 22 and a half weeks (I'm having a girl if that makes a difference) and just so badly want to be off meds but it doesn't look that will happen soon. :(

I'm 17 weeks and my nausea just returned. I was feeling much better for a few weeks, until now. I also didn't refill my generic zofran thinking I wouldn't need it anymore. I was wrong.
