Congrats! Try to bring it up in a positive manner. Don't act like you are afraid or otherwise indifferent about telling them. Maybe a good time would be at an Easter dinner (if you guys do that) or another time when you are all together. If I were you, I'd also include your bf in telling them. I'd also do it sooner rather than later to try and avoid any negative feelings. The longer you wait, the harder and more awkward it will be to tell them.

I told mine by writing a letter then they went away for the weekend so i put the letter in there suitcase. Lol. You can say so much more in a letter proper explain yourself and i just put in all my wishes for the future with the guy and they both sent lovely texts to me and brought back presents. Just get it over with youll prob be suprised by there reaction they prob be really pleased for you. And you have been with your bf 2Years so thats good. Youll feel so much better after telling them !

If you don't tell them when they do find out it'll look like you don't care or are 'ashamed'. It may be s touchy subject at first but everyone starts to come around, babies make everyone happy:)! I told my mom by simply saying, "I have good news to share with you.. You're going to be a grandma!!" You have to understand that you're young and they care about you and your future. Stand your grounds and show them how happy you both are and you're ready to take on the responsibility !

Congratulations, for starters. In my opinion I do believe you should tell them. This journey is not one to be taken alone or one sided if it is uneccessary. If that makes sense? Don't leave your family out of all the excitment as you will need all the support you can get. Good Luck!!
