No pulse detected

Im 7 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I was at the doctor today. He did an ultra sound but no pulse was detected. Is this a sign for a miscarriage?

Oh thank you so much ladies.
Yes he asked me to go back but he said next week is the last chance. I really hope it will work for all of you.

Our babies are due the same day. It's really early, and harder to detect. Keep us posted. Don't worry yourself.

ladies it can be very normal moat women dont see a heartbeat until after 8 weeks. I went in for my first ultra sound at 6 weeks and there was no heartbeat.  8 weeks and viola! baby had a healthy heartbeat. This is why most obgyn dont want to see you until at least 8 weeks and some want to see yiu the first time at 10 even. try not to worry! keep us updated!

The doctor told me if next week there's no heartbeat it means there's no baby.
Are you sure it can appear later?
