ive been slowing down alot since this has started. i can eat cereal in the mornings and after.that it all starts. also, ive been getting really light headed as well.
The only thing I could stomach in the begining was fruit, salade, crackers and cheese... and spaghetti lol you have to find something you can eat and stick to that... eat slowly ...
Try eating light food like soup and try and drink gatorade as well...u could also sprinkle ground ginger into ur foods and it should help keep ur stomach at eaze it help me
