how to make contractions stronger

Anyone know how to make your contractions stronger & make it the real deal? I'm having them now & they feel like I'm starting my period coming about every 15-20 minutes... sometimes 10 min. But they ALWAYS go away after a while :/ i mean I think that's what they are. They are tolerable & not painful but are not comfortable! I'm hoping they will get stronger!

Those almost sound like braxton hicks especially considering they go away those can get uncomfortable especially when your nearing labor. From what I have heard they get worse right before real labor begins so sounds like your close but that baby will make up his mind when he wants to come they normally always do lol

You could also have you husband ejaculate in a cup and then get a suringe or baster and put in up in you.

My sister with her third baby had this kind of contractions for almost a month, they would come mostly at night really painful and would stop in the morning,    and it never progressed into real labor, she had to be induced a week after she was due

Don't push! It could damage you! Walk and do squats, and try to do the reverse of a kegel, but it can be harmful to push too soon. You could either end up tearing or put your baby into distress, which could cause you to need an emergency c section.

It doesn't sound like active labor if they keep going away, but could be the beginning.  Try walking, bouncing, working out, dancing, maybe the milk and oj combo but that sounds terrible :(  spicey foods. I know that sex is out of the question from your last post, but maybe he will eventually give in if you keep bugging him about it??

Just today i was told by a friend who has two kids that when i get contractions to push like if im having the baby already, push as much as you can. She said to only do this when im getting the contractions if not then not to do it. Its supose to help open you up more and that obviously makes you have them stronger at the end. Im really not sure if it works since she just told me and i havent had any today. As stupid as it sounds im going to try once they come.
